Shipping Locations
RUE 99 currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
As all items are individually inspected and carefully packaged, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, and peak seasonal periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at rue9923@gmail.com.
We will work with the delivery provider to investigate any lost or delayed parcels. However, RUE 99 is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
RUE 99 cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rue9923@gmail.com and provide photographs of both the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
